Radda in Chianti

Medieval village in the center of the territory of the Chianti Classico Gallo Nero. It was the capital of the Lega del Chianti and a point of balance between Siena and Florence, the two political entities that have always disputed and divided the territory.
Radda has kept the elongated ellipse-shaped plant from its historical past. As for military fortifications, some sections of walls and few walkways are still visible.
