Cooking Classes
Together with the wine, the protagonist in Corsignano, here is the rustic Tuscan cuisine of tradition to discover, live and taste, rich of savors, delicious and genuine.
Our guests will prepare some typical Tuscan dishes with their own hands together with our Chef, proving to be, themselves, Great Chefs!
We offer 1-day cooking classes, such as our “TIPICA TOSCANA” cooking class on traditional dishes and also “BUTTA LA PASTA”, a course that focuses on the preparation of handmade pasta, or “WITH AROMATIC HERBS “or” GLUTEN FREE “.
At the end of each experience, we will offer you an aperitif at sunset accompanied by bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil from Fattoria and after a short visit to the cellar and a tour in the vineyards, the tasting dinner will start at the table with the dishes prepared during the course.
The wines to taste will be:
- LA FAMIGLIA Rosso IGT or LEVITATE Rosato IGT
- LA COPPIA Chianti Classico DOCG
- L’IMPERATORE Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG
- IL DOLCE Vin Santo
Each wine will be introduced and tasted combined to your creations.
This experience has a total duration of about four hours, including dinner.
